Delivery charges are not included in the price of our stationery. They are GBP 9.99, whatever the quantity or type of stationery ordered.
For all shipments outside the European Union and Overseas Departments and Territories, COTTON BIRD is responsible for the customs formalities. Accordingly, the costs and taxes related to customs are included in the price of the Products.
In accordance with " VAT and overseas goods" provided by United Kingdom Government, be aware that customs clearance fees may be applied for orders above £135. These clearance fees remain the responsibility of the customer and must be paid for by the customer in order to release the delivery of the parcel.
A refund of the VAT invoiced at the time the order was placed may be requested from the customer service department on presentation of proof of payment of the additional customs charges.
